Account & General is a ‘Private’ Community with Members participating in structured contests based on the UK Lotto draws in addition to a unique Bingo game generating quite a sizable Prizefund. With this in mind, and to ensure transparency and fairness in everything we do; BonusBALL offers Free Membership operating on a ‘word of mouth’ marketing stategy.

As a valued Community Member you are entitled to, and actively encouraged; to invite your friends and family using an invite code (not case sensitive). If you require an invite code please contact us.

From time to time we may offer Promotional invite codes that award a new member a value of BonusBUX in their account to redeem against Singles Contests.

You can update all of the data associated with your BonusBALL account including your name, address, contact and security details along with your Password, in the ‘My Account’ portal.

Simply click on the icon in the top right of every page.

All information submitted by you and held by us is stored on our own superfast private dedicated servers. The hardware is housed in a 24hr manned Datacenter near Rugby UK with regular maintenance performed and daily backups taken via RAID.

All sensitive member information is obfuscated within a MySQL database.
All Direct Debit account details are stored with our Merchant GoCardless.

Your connection when browsing our website uses end-to-end SSL encryption.

You can request to close your account and have all associated data removed in line with GDPR practices. We would be very sad to see you go however.

If you do feel that you would like to leave our Community; simply click on the ‘Contact’ option at the top of every page and let us know.

Direct Debit payments are by far the safest and best way for your to pay your entry contributions. GoCardless stores all bank account details that you enter. BonusBALL cannot access this data. We use Clearbank Ltd for our business banking and employ separate side accounts to store Bingo and SixPix contest Prizefunds.

We no longer accept Credit or Debit cards for remittence of contribution fees. Neither do we accept Apple Pay or Google Pay. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our winning Member(s) and paid directly through BACS, a completed Prizefund claim form must be sent and verified within 7 days of the deciding UK Lotto draw. You can access the Claimform on the ‘My Account’ page using a PC or tablet.

BonusBALL offers its Members the flexability and convenience of paying for entries via Direct Debit.

Direct Debit payments are processed by our trusted partner GoCardless. This will however; incur a small processing fee for the data and payment security features this affords us as a Provider and you as a Member. This fee is applied on top of the contribution amount during checkout to ensure the entire entry amount can be added to the Prizefund or Singles Contest Prize value.

Remember, is for UK Members only. As well as checking the address information you enter when you enter a contest, our system includes an advanced Geolocation feature to check you reside in the UK.

It may be that it is incorrectly locating you if, for example, you are using a VPN. If you have correctly entered your address and you are located in the UK please contact us to check why you have been restricted from joining.

Simply select the Contact option at the top of every page and provide us with as much information as you can about the issue.

In addition to the initial restrictions to prevent play outside of the UK we always run age and identification checks with our winning Members. This is to ensure they recieve their prizes quickly and to prevent the Prizefund from being sent to the wrong bank account by mistake.

Prizefund winners must send a completed Claim form to us within 7 days of the session ending. The lucky winner(s) can access the claim form from the My Account page when viewing it on a Computer or Tablet.

All entries ordered and paid are final. The entry fee forms your contribution to the Prizefund or Prize value and is a binding contract between you and BonusBALL.

If you have entered a contest and elected to pay with Direct Debit you could decide to cancel the mandate and refuse the funds in the 3 day Direct Debit grace period. In the interest of fairness and transparency we would encourage you not to join a contest if you are not willing to pay for your entry.

Should you need to cancel a Pending entry through no fault of your own, simply select the cancellation option on the order in the My Account portal, we will do our best to reverse any Direct Debit payment requests or refund you should you contribute after cancellation.

All entries for contests pending XRP payment for longer than 7 days may be cancelled by us. All entries for Bingo or SixPix pending at the time the session closes will be automatically removed as detailed.

  • The Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit BonusBALL will notify you 3 days (for all orders) in advance of your account being debited. If you request the BonusBALL to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by us or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
  • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when BonusBALL asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us of your intentions.

BonusBUX are a form of Credit Token specifically for use on, you can redeem any BonusBUX you have in your account against many Singles Contests. BonusBUX may be used as a whole or partial payment towards an entry fee. You balance can also be spread over many entries.

You may have gained BonusBUX as a promotion when signing up to join our Community, you could have won them in an Hidden Instant Win Prize, or you may have just been awarded some BonusBUX by the Administrators just for being, well; Awesome!
